Return Policy

Dawg-E-Data LLC offers a 3 year warranty.  If a customer has a defective device they may return it to Dawg-E-Data LLC. Dawg-E-Data will replace any device up to 3 years as long as the defect in on our part and if the device was properly used according to the directions. For all returns we ask the customers to send a receipt for date and proof of purchase and the defective unit to Dawg-E-Data. Dawg-E-Data will then examine the device to determine whether the unit is defective or if the device was properly used. If the device comes back defective then shipping charges will be reimbursed only if the return is the result of an error on our part. There will be not be a monetary refund only a replacement of the device.

Returns will not be processed if a packing slip or receipt showing date of purchase is not included with the returned product.
